   Nervous System Economy Limited delivers education, training, digital tools, and professional development grounded in nervous system science.
   Nervous System Intelligence Limited (“NSI Ltd.”) is the intellectual property company that owns the Nervous System Intelligence frameworks, models, diagrams, and theory. NSE operates under an exclusive commercial licence from NSI Ltd. to teach, distribute, and develop NSI-based training and materials.

2. Purpose of the Site
   The Site provides information and access to courses, training programmes, professional development, digital tools, events, and resources. All content is for educational and informational purposes only and is not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

3. Intellectual Property
   3.1 Ownership
   All content on the Site is owned by Nervous System Economy Limited, Nervous System Intelligence Limited, or our licensors unless stated otherwise. This includes text, diagrams, models, frameworks, digital products, course materials, graphics, videos, and publications.

3.2 Nervous System Intelligence IP
The following are trademarks and protected intellectual property of Nervous System Intelligence Limited: Nervous System Intelligence, Ladder of States, Growth Arc, Field Generator, Observable Field, and all associated diagrams, maps, frameworks, and course structures.
NSE holds an exclusive commercial licence to teach and distribute these materials.

3.3 Restrictions
You may not copy, share, reproduce, teach, adapt, or commercially use NSI materials without written permission or a valid NSE licence. NSE actively monitors and enforces copyright compliance.

3.4 Personal Use Licence
Purchased digital materials may be used for personal, non-commercial learning only. This licence is non-transferable and may be revoked if misused.

1. Purchasing Courses and Digital Products
   4.1 Payments
   All payments must be made in full unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice.

4.2 Refunds
Digital products and online courses are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. Live programmes may have specific refund terms at the point of purchase.

4.3 Access
Access to digital products or courses may be time-limited. NSE may update or modify content.

1. Professional Use and Licensing
   Completing an NSE course does not grant permission to use NSI content professionally. Professional use requires an NSE Practitioner Licence, Facilitator Licence, or a Commercial Licence. These require additional training and adherence to licensing standards. Unlicensed professional use is prohibited.

2. No Medical or Therapeutic Claims
   NSE and NSI materials do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or psychological condition. NSE training does not replace psychotherapy, medical care, or clinical supervision. Users must consult qualified professionals for health-related concerns.

3. Behaviour and Community Conduct
   NSE may remove participants from courses or communities for harmful, unethical, or disruptive behaviour, breaches of confidentiality, misuse of NSI content, or violations of these Terms. No refund is provided for removal due to misconduct.

4. Privacy and Data Protection
   Personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy, which complies with GDPR and applicable law. Use of the Site indicates consent to this processing.

5. External Links
   The Site may contain links to third-party websites. NSE is not responsible for their content or practices. Accessing such sites is at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability
