Licensing Pathways for Nervous System Intelligence (NSI) 

This pathway is for professionals who want to understand Nervous System Intelligence deeply and use it to inform their own thinking, judgement and development. It does not licence professional or commercial use of NSI. This is self-directed professional education that let's you: Apply NSI as an internal orientation system Supports reflective use within your role It is not a professional licence It does not permit self-directed learners to teach, deliver, or represent NSI Self-directed learning informs your practice. Professional application requires Level 1 Certification: NSI Practitioners

This pathway is for professionals who wish to apply NSI explicitly in 1:1 client work under a licensed Powered by NSI agreement. Includes professional onboarding, scope guidance, and a 12-month licence. This pathway exists to bring professional use of NSI into alignment, protecting both the people you work with and the integrity of the framework itself. Who this is for This pathway is designed for professionals who: Work 1:1 with clients in therapeutic, coaching, advisory, leadership or change-focused contexts Are already finding that NSI is shaping their judgement, pacing, language and timing Want clarity, legitimacy and coherence around professional use of NSI What the NSI Practitioner licence allows As an NSI Practitioner (Level 1), you are licensed to: Apply NSI within 1:1 professional client work only Use NSI explicitly as part of your professional reasoning and decision-making Reference NSI in professional conversations and private practice contexts Describe yourself as an NSI Practitioner (Level 1) Use approved Powered by NSI language in 1:1 offerings This licence supports responsible professional use, not teaching or public transmission of the framework. What this pathway does not include The NSI Practitioner licence does not authorise: Teaching NSI as a framework Running NSI-branded workshops, groups or programmes Public training, certification or organisational delivery Creating derivative NSI materials or curriculum These permissions sit at NSI Facilitator (Level 2) and above. What is included Practitioner onboarding and orientation Clear scope-of-practice guidance Licensed professional use for 12 months Access to approved NSI language and usage guidelines Eligibility to apply for NSI Facilitator (Level 2) Licensing and renewal The NSI Practitioner licence is granted for 12 months Annual renewal is required for continued licensed use Renewal confirms: ongoing professional practice continued alignment with NSI standards acceptance of any framework updates

This pathway is for experienced professionals who wish to teach and facilitate NSI-informed learning in groups, programmes, and organisations. Includes certification, licensed use, and approved NSI materials. This certification exists where NSI moves from professional application into explicit delivery, supporting learning, change, and integration in groups, programmes, and organisational contexts. Who this is for This pathway is designed for professionals who: Already hold NSI Practitioner (Level 1) status Have substantial experience working with individuals or groups Are ready to teach and facilitate NSI-informed learning explicitly Wish to represent NSI with accuracy, care, and fidelity Understand the responsibility involved in transmitting frameworks that affect nervous systems What NSI Facilitator certification allows As an NSI Facilitator (Level 2), you are certified to: Teach and facilitate NSI-informed learning explicitly Deliver NSI-informed work in: 1:1 contexts groups and cohorts programmes, retreats, and trainings organisational and leadership environments Use NSI language, distinctions, and approved materials publicly Describe yourself as NSI Facilitator (Level 2) Lead NSI-informed learning experiences within agreed scope and standards This certification authorises formal transmission of NSI. What this pathway does not include NSI Facilitator certification does not authorise: Certifying others Teaching NSI independently outside approved structures Creating unauthorised derivatives or curricula Representing NSI at institutional or academic level These permissions sit within Faculty pathways, by invitation. What is included Live certification programme Structured training in: clear communication and teaching nervous system safety in group learning transmission without overwhelm or overreach Guidance on facilitation, boundaries, and integrity Licensed use for: 1:1 work groups and programmes Access to approved NSI teaching materials and visuals Certification term and renewal NSI Facilitator certification is granted for 12 months Annual renewal is required for continued certification and licensed use Renewal supports: ongoing alignment with NSI standards quality and consistency in delivery responsible evolution of the work Entry pathway NSI Practitioner (Level 1) status is required prior to application Completion of NSI-Informed Professional is expected Selection considers readiness for teaching, not popularity or scale
