Why This Level of Protection Exists
Because making this information open to individuals who would personally benefit from it now, matters.
Doing that in ways that hold clean boundaries also matters as we organise and prepare to:
-
Fund research, empirical science, and public education through an open–but–protected ecosystem
-
Preserve the canon from dilution or misapplication while maintaining scientific and ethical integrity
-
Ensure practitioners, organisations and technologists are best placed to leverage the full application of NSI correctly, ethically and legally.
-
Seek investment, grants and fundraising that are commensurate with the quality of our IP protection.
Notice of Violation:
If you have received notice of improper or unlicensed use of Nervous System Intelligence™ material, please contact: legal@nervoussystemeconomy.com to explore resolution options.
We believe in open science for personal and collective benefit, and we equally believe in enforcing clear boundaries when the work is used for commercial gain (financial or otherwise).
Public Registry of Violations
To protect the integrity of this work, NSE maintains a public record of confirmed and unresolved violations.
This registry will only list cases after reasonable contact and resolution attempts have been made by legal counsel on behalf of the Nervous System Economy.
