Dr. Hussain is a Consultant Psychiatrist and speaker whose work sits at the intersection of psychiatry, trauma recovery, and leadership dynamics.

With over 15 years of clinical practice, he has cultivated Healing Across Barriers (HAB)—a framework born from the simple but radical observation that barriers to healing are never located in just one place. They appear in the patient, in the clinician, and in the space between them. Making those barriers visible—and resolvable—has since become the thread running through his work.

Alongside his medical career, Dr. Hussain leads workshops in Relational Healing and through the NSE, works with leadership teams to uncover the dynamics that silently shape trust, culture, and performance. His approach integrates psychiatry with Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT), Nervous System Intelligence and systems thinking—bringing fresh depth to leadership and organisational development for transformational and long standing results.
