NSI is being advanced through a staged research methodology designed to meet both clinical rigor and AI-aligned safety standards, including:

• Phase 1: Baseline PRI calibration (2025–2026), establishing normal vs dysregulated recovery profiles

• Phase 2: Field validation across clinicians, enterprise leaders, and AI-integrated decision systems

• Phase 3: Cross-jurisdiction safety testing, mapping NSI to regulatory frameworks in health, finance, and AI governance

• Phase 4: Standardisation and certification protocols
